ITEMS THAT ARE INSPECTED ON BOTH VISITS: Two service visits each year to perform all manufacturer recommended maintenance.
- Pre-Start Checks: Engine fluid levels, fuel line filter, all coolant hoses, engine coolant heater, all pulley belts, battery trickle charger & battery cables, battery warmer, battery water level, battery voltage & cold cranking amps, spark plug wires, annunciator panel, electrical connections.
- Engine Running: Carburetor, actuator, D.C. engine alternator, all gauges, warning lights & shutdowns, check output voltage & frequencies, all connections, all controls, alarm annunciator, fuel regulation, oil pressure, water temperature & fluid leaks, automatic transfer switch.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE ON VISIT ONE: Oil filter changed, oil changed, spark plug(s) changed, air filter cleaned or changed, governor adjusted as needed.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE ON VISIT TWO: Oil topped off or changed based on run-time usage, air filter cleaned or changed as needed, governor adjusted as needed.
*We recommend a battery change every 2 years
Preventative Maintenance customers will be charged for labor and parts if additional service is required, but will receive 15% off and will be waived the normal trip fee. These costs will be billed when that work is performed, if necessary. All work above and beyond routine maintenance will be documented and presented to owner detailing services and costs associated prior to work being performed.
